We offer a range of classes include group studio classes, private classes and 1-on-1 sessions. Here’s a guide to group classes.

INTRODUCTION TO REFORMER - 60MINS

Perfect for those that are new to pilates, or have only done pilates mat classes before.  Ideally participants will have no major injuries or health concerns that limit their ability to exercise.  A fun way to learn the fundamentals of the pilates method and get familiar with how to set up the reformer safely for different exercises.  The instructor will guide everyone in the class through the same exercises, so you can learn alongside others that are starting their journey with pilates.

STUDIO MIXED EQUIPMENT GROUP SESSIONS - 60 MINS

Our Mixed Equipment Group Studio classes (max of 5 clients) have been designed to create change in your body.  Through regular classes you’ll notice impressive changes to you overall tone, strength and flexibility. 

These one hour classes are an intimate and personalised workout designed to help you achieve your personal goals through encouraging coaching from our amazing instructors. At Aria Pilates we utilise the BASI block system to ensure you get a full body workout every time you attend the studio.  

Before joining one of our mixed equipment studio classes we require that new clients join our intro to reformer class or a private initial consultation.

REFORMER FLOW CLASS - 50 MINS

A faster paced flowing class on the reformer. Intermediate to Advanced level.  Suitable for those that are experienced at pilates and like to get through a fair bit of repertoire in a session.  Some classical pilates exercises, fused with some more creative ways to use the reformer with some other props including weights and bands.
